Executive Secretary to the Board of Trustees

Bill Hodge was a founding member & trustee of the Reaching Out Trust, Child Development Foundation, the DARE Foundation and the Young New Zealanders Foundation. His background includes Education, Justice Department, Industry and N.Z. Police. He is responsible to the Trustees for implementation of the policies of the trustees and the philanthropic direction of the Foundation. He is a recipient of the New Zealand Special Services Medal (NZSSM).

General Manager

Bill Davey QSM is a former Police Officer with many years of experience, having worked with children and young people in various Juvenile Justice, Youth Education and Community Group settings. He also has specific experience in the social support of young people and helped establish Restorative Justice procedures within the N.Z. Police, the N.Z. Child, Youth and Family Service, and various community and cultural groups.

National Contact Centre Manager

Gary (Gaz) Furlong joined the Foundation in June 2000. He comes to us from a background in call centre operations, training and management. He is responsible for the overall operations of our Regional Contact Centres.
